- Cost: $139.00 per night + tax (13.75%),with $100 incidental hold at the time of check-in and additional pet fee $50.00 if you have a pet for competition/demo/or hands in class. In order to receive this rate, rooms must be booked by January 27, 2026. Complimentary parking and breakfast is included.
- Hotel offers complimentary parking and airport to-from shuttling. Please call hotel prior to travel to advise flight arrival time & when the guest arrives to the airport, they can call our front desk at 716.681.2400 option 0, and the front desk team will assist with status of the shuttle.
Cancellation of individual reservations must be received 2 days prior to arrival to avoid 1 nights room and tax cancellation penalty. Any reserved rooms that do not arrive will be billed for 1 night’s room and tax as a No-Show penalty.
Keep Our Event Safe: Guidelines for Attending with Dogs
NOTE: Please bring a crate. Competition/Demo/Hands on Classes dogs are only permitted on the trade show floor when actively being used. We have space for a holding area where crated dogs can stay during show hours in trade show area. ABSOLUTELY no dogs in the seminar room. There are areas outside for dogs to be walked.
For the safety and comfort of all attendees, absolutely no pets are allowed at the event—with the exception of approved demo and competition dogs. This policy ensures a controlled environment for all participants and helps minimize stress and distractions for working animals and presenters. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
